Introduction to Business and Org Management 
Beyond Meat 
Proposed to gradually establish ghost kitchens across the U.S. in a 4-year period as a business strategy to increase Beyond Meat’s revenue by $136 million by 2026. The strategy was presented to a panel of judges representing various industries (e.g. finance and marketing).
Brand and Marketing  
My Bacon
Over a period of 3 weeks, I created a brand positioning for My Bacon. My Bacon is an alternative meat product made from mycelium. We positioned My Bacon as visionary in the plant-based food industry. The tagline, brand strategy, and creative were presented to the CMO and 2 branding executives.
Franklin Square Market
I collaborated with a group for 3 weeks to create a brand positioning for Franklin Square Market. Franklin Square Market is a new grocery store in the Saratoga Springs community. We positioned Franklin Square Market as transformative in the grocery store industry by emphasizing the community aspect of the store. The tagline, strategy, and creative were presented to the lead sales manager and 2 branding executives.
